Godly Play (Ages 4-9)

Our Sunday School curriculum is a program for telling the children "stories of God." All children from 4 to 10 are welcome! Bring your children to the Chapel (an usher will be happy to direct you if you have any questions) right before the 10:30 service begins. In a little procession, the children follow the cross through the church and up to the Atrium in the Upper Room where they have their activities. About an hour later, they are returned to their parents in church during communion. We are very grateful to our wonderful team of volunteer teachers who cycle through with the children, telling Scripture stories, the nature of our Liturgical Year, and praying with them.

Godly Play meets every Sunday of the year except for Blessing of the Animals Sunday, the Sunday after Christmas, and Easter Sunday.

The curriculum for the summer of 2009 will be on the Millennium Development Goals and Health and the Spirit.

Vacation Bible School will take place the week of August 10-14 from 9 am to 12 noon in the Great Hall. The theme will be “Aslan on the Move.”
