Event/Room Schedule Form

 

Use this form to schedule your event and if needed, reserve a room on campus. Use this form even if your event is off campus as it will make sure that your event gets into the Cathedral's calendar and allow us to alert you to any possible conflicts. For questions contact Judy MacDonald at 619-298-7261 or macdonaldj@stpaulcathedral.org  You will receive an email or telephone confirmation once the event has been approved, usually within a week.  

 

Event and room reservations are reviewed and approved by the Cathedral and are generally on a first-come, first-served basis. Non-Cathedral groups need a non-profit status to qualify for building use. The Cathedral and meeting rooms open at 8 AM and close at 10 PM. Groups should plan to setup before and cleanup after their meetings. If you have special room setup needs, be sure to describe them. The Cathedral reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or change the date of any meeting to accommodate Cathedral activities
