Want to get involved? Here are some Cathedral ministries that are in need of additional volunteers.

GREETERS: Working in teams, Greeters welcome people to church, staff our visitors’ table, mingle at coffee hour and are an outward and visible sign of our hospitality. Greeters dress casually and having fun is a must! A great ministry for anyone who’s outgoing, friendly and enjoys meeting and connecting with others. COURTYARD HOSPITALITY: Do you have the gift of hospitality? If so, then join the Courtyard Hospitality team! We work in teams to help make the Sunday coffee hour experience a fun and welcoming one. We help organize volunteers to bring food, coordinate occasional activities, music and generally help make sure all the “little things” look good for coffee hour. USHERS: Ushers hand out bulletins during the Sunday worship, help people find an open pew and participate in the liturgy during the offertory and communion. Promptness, attention to detail and versatility are helpful traits for ushers (not to mention not minding to wear a coat and tie each Sunday - for the men at least!). ACOLYTES & ALTAR SERVERS: Acolytes help to prepare the Altar for worship and assist clergy during the services. If you work well with others, have a careful attention to detail and a humble presence, this might be a good fit for you.
